Isis
is a Basenji mix who must find a home as she is a shelter dog currently
being fostered. She has been in foster a short period of time but has proved
herself to be a very smart, sweet, and active dog.
Isis is about one year old, loves to play and seems to never tire. She
would be a good play mate for older children who are active. She would get
along well with another dog who is active like her, but could be very
annoying to a dog with a lower energy drive. Isis has a
tendency to jump on people in a friendly way but is quickly learning that
this is not appropriate behavior. She would make a great agility or lure
coursing dog. She rides well in the car and is good with men and women.
Isis
is spayed, microchipped. house broken and crate trained. She should be
crated when not being supervised as she was previously adopted and returned
by a family who refused to crate her, and she chewed on many household
items. No small animals. She has a very high prey drive, especially rabbits.
Isis is in need of a forever home. If you feel you can give her a home
please contact her foster, Monica at; saggii21@yahoo.com
