Max

Max is an approximately 2 year old, male Basenji mix. He was adopted from an animal shelter, but he has proven to be too active for us.

Max needs to be in a home where he can run and play; he's got energy to burn! A home with a large yard and another dog would be great. He's good with other dogs, even cats! but not with little kids; he tends to be a bit nippy.

Max would do best in a home where someone is there a lot of the time, he doesn't like to be left alone. I would highly suggest a home with another dog, so that he does have company when no one is home. He is an escape artist, and he does know how to climb.

Max could be a great little dog. He just needs an owner who would ensure he got enough exercise, and would take the time to teach him how to be a good dog. If you are interested in this diamond in the rough, please e-mail: <corshar@netscape.ca>
