Please enter your ordering information below. After confirming your entries, you'll be prompted to
choose the payment method. We can now accept your credit or debit card
on-line. Or, if you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly from it,
as well as mail a check. We have two methods of
shipping to United States and Canadian locations. For the US, we will
ship your order using USPS Media Mail (book rate), which takes 2 to 8 days.
But, if you want your books in a hurry, choose USPS Priority Mail. The Media
Mail rates are calculated by the number of books you order; the
Priority Mail is a flat rate. Canadian shipments will be sent using
First Class International (choose Media Mail on the form below) or
Priority Mail International. We can ship up to ten (10) copies using the
automatically calculated rates. If you want to purchase more than ten
copies, please enter a separate order for each group of ten.
We can also ship to other international destinations.
